As the VP of Product, you will be responsible for guiding our overall product vision and strategy, ensuring the successful ideation, development, and launch of products that meet market needs and support the organization’s growth objectives. You will lead a cross-functional team—including Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers—to deliver high-impact solutions on time and within budget. Reporting directly to the C-level executive team, you will serve as a strategic partner, offering insights and recommendations on how best to evolve our product portfolio to stay competitive and innovative in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the company’s mission, goals, and long-term strategy.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle—from initial concept and market research to launch, iteration, and retirement—across multiple product lines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market processes.
- Roadmap & Prioritization: Establish product roadmaps, prioritize features and enhancements based on data, user feedback, and market trends.
- Team Management & Development: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing Product Managers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation.
- Financial Oversight: Manage product budgets and financial forecasts, measuring return on investment for individual product lines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders, the executive team, and board members.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Keep a close eye on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate threats.
