About the role
As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department's ongoing initiatives. This position involves collaboration across internal teams and external partners to effectively promote the company's products and services. You will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, creating and curating content, monitoring market trends, and gathering feedback to help refine our marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Campaign support: Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Content creation: Work with the marketing team to produce engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms (blogs, social media, newsletters).
- Market research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, assess competitors, and discover new opportunities for product positioning.
- Analytics & reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing-campaign performance metrics. Provide insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and design to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Event coordination: Support the planning and execution of online webinars, industry trade shows, and promotional events.
- Brand compliance: Ensure all marketing materials maintain brand integrity, positioning, and consistency in line with brand guidelines.
