Senior Customer Success Manager

About the role

You will own the relationship with Perspix's enterprise customers — industrial firms north of €1B in revenue, with complex sourcing organisations and on-prem deployment requirements. The full lifecycle: kickoff, deployment, value realisation, renewal, expansion. The procurement leads on the other side are not generic SaaS buyers — they are senior operators in regulated, high-stakes sourcing contexts where the audit trail matters as much as the answer. Your job is to make sure Perspix lives up to what was promised, on the terms their organisation can deploy.

Key responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership: Own the customer relationship from kickoff through renewal and expansion — strategic, operational, commercial.
  • Deployment coordination: Coordinate on-prem and private-cloud deployments with the customer's IT, security, and procurement teams.
  • Workflow translation: Translate the customer's procurement workflows and policies into Perspix scoring configurations.
  • Executive reviews: Run quarterly business reviews with customer executives — value delivered, roadmap inputs, expansion paths.
  • Voice of customer: Be the customer's voice inside Perspix; surface product gaps and feature requests directly to engineering and product.
  • Power-user coaching: Coach customer power users on scoring methodology, audit-trail practices, and defensibility.
Requirements

Experience

  • 5+ years in customer success, strategic account management, or post-sales consulting at a B2B enterprise SaaS company.
  • Direct experience managing enterprise customers at €1B+ in annual revenue.
  • Hands-on experience with on-prem or private-cloud SaaS deployments — security reviews, IT-led rollouts, change management inside large organisations.

Domain

  • Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, or related industrial enterprise functions.
  • Ability to read RFQs and scoring matrices and discuss them substantively with senior procurement leads.

Language & travel

  • Fluent in German and English — essential for DACH industrial customers.
  • Willing to travel to customer sites across DACH on a regular cadence.

Personal

  • Comfortable owning multi-stakeholder relationships under commercial pressure.
  • High standards for written communication — RFP-grade clarity in customer correspondence.
