About the role

As an Account Director, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring successful strategy development and seamless execution of projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams — sales, marketing, creative, and finance — to deliver on client expectations and drive revenue growth. Your role is critical in maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for expansion, and developing innovative strategies to maximize our market presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Client liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between client and internal teams, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Account operations: Oversee day-to-day account operations — planning, budgeting, and goal-setting — to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Team leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, high-quality project deliverables.
  • Strategy & reporting: Develop and present comprehensive account strategies, proposals, and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Growth: Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities, develop targeted sales strategies, and guide decision-making for account expansion.
Requirements

Education & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of account-management experience, preferably in a client-facing, agency, or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing high-value client accounts.
