About the Role

As an Account Director, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring successful strategy development and seamless execution of projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as sales, marketing, creative, and finance—to deliver on client expectations and drive revenue growth. Your role is critical in maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for expansion, and developing innovative strategies to maximize our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
- Oversee day-to-day account operations, including planning, budgeting, and goal-setting to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, high-quality project deliverables.
- Develop and present comprehensive account strategies, proposals, and performance reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities, develop targeted sales strategies, and guide decision-making for account expansion.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    • 5+ years of account management experience, preferably in a client-facing, agency, or consulting environment.

    • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing high-value client accounts.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a knack for motivating diverse teams.

    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage and influence clients at all levels.

    • Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make informed decisions.

    • Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving capabilities.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
